Furnishings and fittings in our rooms and holiday apartments:

• Superior double room category: shower, WC, telephone, TV, radio, balcony, room safe, WiFi, illuminated make-up mirror.
• Standard double room category: shower, WC, telephone, TV, radio, balcony, WiFi.
• Romantic double room category: small bathroom, telephone, TV, radio, WiFi and balcony.
• Single room: shower, WC, telephone, TV, radio, balcony, WiFi
• The holiday apartments have separate bedrooms, shower, WC, bathrobes, towels, hairdryer, room safe, make-up mirror, telephone, LCD TV, radio and free WiFi, plus balcony, some with a south- and west-facing view.

• The holiday apartments are also equipped with a microwave and oven. Our holiday apartments No. 6 (3***), Nos. 12, 22, 23 and 25 (4****) and No. 7 (5*****) have a fully-equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
  
  The family holiday apartments (Nos. 6 and 7) have various board games, puzzles and books for families.
• All residents can use our WiFi free of charge. They can also use the spa & wellness oasis and are provided with sauna towels and bathrobes. A playground is also available for use by your children.

Arrival/departure:

Rooms are available to arriving guests from 3 pm. Please make sure that you arrive by 8 pm. Please vacate your room by 10.30 am on the day of your departure at the latest. Please let reception know in advance if you require your room after this time.

Dogs:

Please feel free to bring your four-legged friend along on your holiday. Dogs are not allowed in our breakfast rooms, in our restaurant or the wellness oasis. Thanks for your understanding in this matter. We charge € 12 per day, per dog (excluding feed).

Cleaning (holiday apartments):

Final cleaning of holiday apartments: we make a one-off charge of € 30 for the final cleaning of holiday apartments for stays of less than one week.

Cancellation conditions

Cancelled booked / confirmed rooms will be charged for from the day of booking (rooms and holiday apartments at 90%) since we are keeping these rooms free especially for you. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. We charge 90% of the price for confirmed appointments for treatments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.
