Please find below some useful and helpful information about our hotel and our services



We would like to offer you a very warm welcome to our hotel.

Additional blankets: A second blanket is available on request. You will find a woollen blanket in your wardrobe.

Alarm call: If you have an early (spa) appointment, we will be pleased give you a wake-up call.

Allergies: All our mattresses and pillows have special protective covers. However, should you still have problems, we will be pleased to provide special anti-allergy bed linen on request.

Bathing shoes: These can be purchased from reception.

Bathrobe: In the room - free of charge to all residents.

Beauty treatment appointments: Should be unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For any appointments not cancelled or cancelled at short notice, we will charge 90 % of the total price. For packages, all appointments will be treated as a 100% cancellation.

Blankets: We will be pleased to provide a different or additional blanket.

Bread Delivery Service: Campsite and holiday apartment guests can order fresh rolls each day from us. Please keep a note of what you have had on your list.

Breakfast times: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Sunday & public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We will be pleased to serve you breakfast in your room during these times for a supplement of € 3.00 per person.

Change of towels: Towels lying on the floor will be changed / in apartments on request. Please think about the environment and, where possible, reuse your towels.

Charger / adaptor: You can borrow an international travel adaptor and iPhone charger cable from reception as required.

Check-in: from 15.00 hrs. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance, so as to avoid unnecessary waiting on arrival.

Check-out: by 10.00 hrs. Should you require the room for longer, please enquire at reception.

Copying and fax: You are welcome to have copies made or send a fax at reception - subject to a € 0.30 charge.

Cot / baby alarm: Can be hired free of charge from reception.

Daily change of bed linen: We will be pleased to change your bed linen on a daily basis if required.

Dinner: From Tuesday to Saturday you can enjoy dinner in the hotel from 17.30 hrs - 19.00 hrs.
You will find a selection from our menu in the guest information folder.
On Mondays we offer pizzas and tarte flambée.
On Sundays the restaurant is closed.
Please order in advance until 15:00 hrs at reception.

Doctors: Telephone numbers for various doctors can be found in the guest information folder.

Dogs: Your four-legged friends are welcome here. However, we ask you bring a dog blanket or basket for the animal to sleep in; and not to allow the your dog to sleep on any of our beds. We trust you will understand that your four-legged friend is not permitted in the spa area, massage rooms, breakfast rooms and not in the restaurant. Many thanks.

Drinks: There is a room for self-service drinks on the ground floor. You will also find a fridge with water in the spa area. Please use your drinks list to keep a note of what you have had.

eBikes: From May - October, 2 eBikes from Movelo are available for exploring our countryside. Please reserve via reception.

Entrance doors (Reception): Open daily from 07.00 – 21.00 hrs. If you are staying out longer in the evening, please take your key with you. This key opens the doors on the left-hand side of the entrance to reception, or the doors to the old entrance.

Early departure and definite bookings: Please note that rooms that have been reserved or confirmed will be billed from the appointed date (rooms at 80%, holiday apartments 90 %), because we have specifically kept them for you. This applies to both late arrivals or earlier than planned departures.

Emergency exits: These are marked by green/white illuminated signs with the word 'Notausgang'.

Fire extinguishers: Are located on each floor in the middle of the corridor.

Flammkuchen: Can be ordered daily from us - up until 21.00 hrs.

Games: Are available to borrow - please ask at reception.

Internet access / WiFi: Ask for the password at reception. Hotel rooms and holiday apartments have free broadband WiFi or LAN connections.

Laundry service: You are welcome to have some of your laundry washed and ironed by us, subject to charge. Please use the laundry bag in the wardrobe for this, marking it with your room number and name. It should be handed to reception before 09.00 hrs. Clean laundry will be returned to you within 9 hours.

Left luggage: If you are arriving early or leaving late, we can provide safe storage for your luggage.

Lost property: Please ask / hand any items to reception.

Magazines: You will find a selection of current magazines at reception, in the sauna and in the pool area.

Massage appointments: Should you be unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For any appointments not cancelled or cancelled at short notice, we will charge 90 % of the total price. For packages, all appointments will be treated as a 100% cancellation.

Money: Can be left in the room safe - instructions are on top of the safe.

Nail files: These can be purchased from reception.

Newspaper: The local 'Garmischer Tagblatt' newspaper can be found in our breakfast room; and from the afternoon onward on the table at reception.

Packed lunch: Available from the kitchen for € 5.50 - please let reception know a day in advance.

Payment: On departure by 'EC-Karte', 'MasterCard', 'Visa Card' or cash.

Pillows: We will be pleased to provide an extra or different pillow on request. Please ask our chambermaid.

Pizza: You can order from us daily up until 21.00 hrs.

Porter service: We will be pleased to assist you in carrying your luggage between the room and your car on arrival and departure.

Post: You can hand in or collect any post from reception.

Post cards: with a view of the hotel can be purchased from reception.

Reception: Occupied daily from 07.00 – 21.00 hrs.

Recycling (holiday apartment): Please read the separate leaflet and separate your waste outside in the woodshed.

Satisfaction: If something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know straightaway so that we can deal with the matter during your stay. There is a feedback form at the back of the guest information folder that you are welcome to fill out for us.

Sauna opening times:

Summer (May – October) 17.00 – 21.00 hrs.
Winter (November-April): 16.00 - 21.00 hrs

Sauna towels: You will find these in the basement, in the cupboard to the left of the entrance to the sauna.

Razors: You can purchase disposable razors and shaving cream from reception.

Shoeshine machine: free of charge in the hall to reception.

Shopping: We will be pleased to buy small items for you, or take you with us shopping.

Shuttle service: We will be pleased to drive you to the railway station in Bad Kohlgrub or pick you up from there after an excursion.

Smoking: Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Please smoke on the balcony or in front of our entrances. If you do still smoke, we will take the liberty of charging € 50.00 for cleaning.

Stamps: Available from reception.

Storage room: We provide a storage room for your bike.

Sun-loungers: You will find these on our sun terrace to use free of charge.

Table tennis: Bats and balls can be hired from reception, subject to a € 3.00 charge.

Tea & coffee: Available anytime from the coffee vending machine in the buffet room, subject to charge.

Toboggan & snow shoe hire: These can be hired from reception, subject to a € 5.00 charge per toboggan/pair of snow shoes.

Toothbrush / -paste: Can be purchased from reception.

Tumble dryer: coin-operated (4 x 50 cent) in the campsite washroom.

Vacuum cleaner: Can be borrowed free of charge and taken from the cleaning cupboard on the 1st floor. (For guest in holiday apartments).

Walking: 1x weekly guided walk with your hosts, followed by a refreshment stop. Please sign up for this via the list at reception.

Walking map: You are welcome to borrow or buy one from reception.
